I got inspired this morning to write a KaeleaBrick (of course) piece that deals with their first kiss. There's a writing prompt that says to write about the first kiss, even though the prompt is for the twenty-third of the month rather than today. I probably won't have it done until then, so I don't think that it matters all that much.

It's mainly PG except for the fact that Kaelea's step father says "fuck" about ten times in the course of five minutes of dialogue. Okay, so that's overexaggerating a little. He says it three times, but he also uses "cunt", so this will probably get a rating of PG-13 (even though that many "fucks" automatically gives it an R rating).

I have a page-and-a-half written! It's not going to be horrendously long (like Against All Odds) since it shouldn't take that long to get the point across. After all, I'm just writing about a kiss.

It's finally finished. After months of working on it, I've finally finished it. And it's past midnight, so I really should be getting some sleep. I wanted to post this before sleeping though because I knew that I would never remember to do so if I don't do this now.

I'm almost done with Against All Odds finally. I'm fourteen-and-a-half pages in at the moment, and I'm in one of the final two conversations in the book/this piece. The conversation with Kaelea and David (Brick's father) is about halfway done right now, so I only have a few more pieces of dialogue for those two before bringing Brick back in.

I have the ending set. I know how I would like the final scene to go. It's just a matter of getting there because up until Brick comes back in is what I've got planned. I'm almost one hundred percent positive of what I'm going to do when Brick walks back into the hospital room, but not completely sure as of now.

That's about all that I've got to say right now. I would write more now, but I don't have the energy to keep my eyes open much longer since I only got about four hours of sleep last night. I was up until two-ish doing my English homework. Which I still have more to do before Friday, so I might not be writing a lot tomorrow night unless I finish my work pretty quickly when I get home.
